Hi all, went shopping today as it was my day off. I went to find the perfect dress for the awards and hey I found it! I love a good reason to buy a very posh frock and the awards is good reason. I went to Westbourne to a shop called Fab Frocks wow they are Fab thats for sure. I tried on about thirty dresses Tracey was so so helpful. I settled on a stunning blue dress with stones all over it very pretty and very sexy! A girl does have to buy shoes and a handbag and jewellery as well when buying a new dress so I got the total look for the night. I’m just waiting to go now we are all very excited and ready for a great night out.        

Hi everyone, wow it’s the end of another hectic week. Today we have had the camera man in to film a short insight to New Reflections, this is to show at the awards on the 16th oct. This little exercise proved very challenging for me I absoloutely loved it but I was not prepared for how nervious I would be. However it is all complete and I feel it went extremely well. It’s a lot like recording your answer phone message only one hundred times more worring! I would like to thank my customers who were very patient and kind in letting us film them when  having various services.

I entered New Reflections into this years Open 4 Buisness awards and we have made the final in two out of the three cats we entered. we will be going to the award s dinner where we will find out if we have won! so it’s new frocks all round and good reason to celabrate!

I am still on the diet and have lost acording to my scales at home twenty pounds! for more info just come in and ask for details.  

Hi everyone, what a week!!!!!!!! firstly i would like to say congratulations to Gary and Marie who are expecting another baby. i am very happy for them both Todd will have a playmate!

Iam still on my diet and its going so well normally i have no willpower at all but this is great i am not hungry, i don’t crave anything and drinking the water is easier some how as  well not sure why?????but anyway i’m feeling fab! 

Hello world once again! This week I have joined a new very exciting diet club called w8 run by Lorraine Billton.  Lorraine weighed me in at 12 st 11 lbs!!!!!!! so i quickly seized the chance to give her diet a try. All I’m going to say is I doubt very many of you have come across this before and no it’s not lighter life. Since Tuesday I have lost six pounds!!!! and I’m not hungry, just feeling great!
