New Reflections was launched in December 2005. Ali had known Marie for a number of years and on returning to England from a spell in the U.S Ali asked Marie if there were any positions at the salon Marie then worked in (Dames and Dodgers) as a stylist. Marie then told Ali it was about to close as the previous owner had left.

Ali expressed an interest in taking on a new challenge and so Marie gave Ali the contact numbers and Then on the 12Th December the keys were given to Ali. Dames and Dodgers then became New Reflections, but the name was only the beginning! Ali had a vision and right away began to put her stamp on the place Darrin her husband worked all over the Christmas and new year to give the whole place a face lift. Wow it looked good and over the last few years the salon has grown very popular building a wonderful reputation. Last September Ali launched the beauty room at New Reflections completing the vision Ali first had in the beginning.

Ali would also like to say that her and the girls have a good working relationship which is continually strengthened by team building outings and events such as The Dorchester carnival, ladies day at Ascot, a theatre weekend in London and much more all of which from now on they will be entering details and pictures of on this website
